난소의 Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor는 드문 성색간질 종양으로 특히 Leydig cell에서 분비하는 testosterone에 의한 남성화 현상을 동반하는 경우 진단에 도움을 받을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 치료는 첫째, 가임기 여성에서 임신을 원하는 경우에는 환측 난소 난관 절제술과 반대측 난소의 추적 검사를 시행하고, 둘째, 가임기 여성에서 더 이상의 임신을 원하지 않는 경우 또는 폐경기 여성의 경우에는 전자궁적출술과 양측 난소 난관 절제술을 시행한다. 병기에 따라 항암화학요법을 시행하기도 하나, 재발이 적고 예후가 좋은 편으로 5년 생존율은 70-90%로 보고되고 있다. 저자 등은 무월경과 남성화 현상을 동반하는 2예의 Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
The Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor is a rare sex cord stromal tumor of the ovary. It is the most common type of all virillizing ovarian tumors, accounting for less than 0.5% of all primary ovarian neoplasm. Recently, we experienced two cases of intermediately differentiated Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with amenorrhea and so we present it with brief review of literature.
