초록

질 및 자궁경부 결손증은 드문 뮬러관 기형이다. 이러한 기형에서 현재의 주된 수술적 치료법은 질 성형술을 시행함과 동시에 자궁절제술을 시행하는 것이다. 본 저자들은 McIndoe법으로 질 성형술을 받았으나 정상 기능성 자궁을 가진 환자에서 자궁-신질 교통 재건술을 시행하여, 정상 소퇴성 출혈을 보이는 만족할 만한 성과를 거두었기에 보고하는 바이다.

Abstract

Vaginal and cervical agenesis is an uncommon Müllerian anomaly. Total hysterectomy and vaginoplasty remains the classical treatment of this malformation. We present a case of reconstruction of utero-neovaginal continuity in the patient with normal functioning uterus and previously constructed neovagina by McIndoe method. She experienced two episodes of withdrawal bleeding during 2 months after surgery and fully satisfied with the results.
