파열된 대망임신 1예

초록

=복강 임신은 자궁외임신의 매우 드문 형태로 최근에는 임신 20주 이전의 조기 복강임신과 임신 20주 이후의 진행된 복강 임신으로 나누는데, 조기 복강 임신의 경우 증상과 이학적 소견이 비 특이적 이어서 오진하기 쉬우나 최근 β-hCG 정량 검사와 질식 초음파의 발달 및 복강경의 발달로 조기 진단되기도 한다. 대망 임신은 복강 임신 중에서도 매우 드물어 조기 진단이 어려우며, 파열될 경우 대량출혈과 동반된다. 따라서, 조기 진단과 치료가 높은 이환율과 사망률 및 심각한 합병증을 예방하는데 필수적이다. 확진은 수술 후 병리학적 검사로 할 수 있다. 저자들은 파열된 조기 대망 임신 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다.
