자궁경부이형상피증과 자궁경부암에서의 claudin-1과 claudin-7의 발현 증가 양상

Increased expressions of claudin-1 and claudin-7 in cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasias and invasive squamous cell carcinomas

초록

=목적: Claudin은 통합막단백으로 폐쇄막의 주요구성원이다. 본 연구에서는 자궁경부가 정상에서 침윤암으로 병변이 진행될수록, claudin-1과 -7의 발현이 달라지는 지는 알고자 하였다.연구 방법: 2004년에 AA기관에서 자궁경부의 이상소견으로 원추형 생검수술 또는 전자궁적출술을 받은 조직을 채취했고, 이상이 없는 조직을 정상조직으로 설정했다. 총 162명 중 정상조직은 25예, 자궁경부 이형상피증 (이하, CIN 1)이 26예, CIN2가 30, CIN3가 44예, 미세침윤암이 25예, 그리고 침윤암이 12예였다. H&E 염색 슬라이드와 면역조직화학검사 결과를 분석하였다. 결과: 정상조직에서 Claudin-1은 음성 발현이 52%, 약한 발현이 48%였다. Claudin-7은 음성 발현이 28%, 약한 발현이 56%였다. CIN 3에서 Claudin-1은 약한 발현이 20%, 증등도 발현이 41%였다. Claudin-7은 약한 발현이 14%, 중등도 발현이 52%였다. 침윤암에서 Claudin-1은 중등도 발현이 42%, 강한 발현이 50%였다. Claudin-7은 중등도 발현이 33%, 강한 발현이 33%였다. 이상으로 자궁경부의 병변이 악화될수록 claudin-1과 claudin-7의 발현이 강해짐을 알 수 있었다 (p<0.01).
