자궁내 태아 발육부전과/또는 전자간증에 있어서 모체 및 제대 혈청 렙틴 농도의 의의

초록

=목적: 모체와 제대 혈청내 렙틴의 농도가 전자간증을 동반하거나, 동반하지 않은 자궁내태아발육부전의 경우와 연관이 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다.연구 방법: 전자간증이 동반되지 않은 태아발육부전을 보이는 경우 (IUGR군, 25명), 전자간증이 동반된 태아발육부전 (IUGR+PE군, 11명), 태아발육부전이 동반되지 않은 전자간증 (PE군, 9명) 및 정상 임신인 경우 (대조군 13명)를 대상으로 산모의 혈액 및 제대혈을 채취하여 ELISA 방법으로 렙틴 농도를 측정하였다.결과: 임신 전 및 분만 시 체중과 BMI는 각 군에서 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 가장 낮은 모체의 체중과 BMI를 보이는 군은 IUGR군이었다. 신생아 체중도 각 군에서 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 가장 낮은 군은 IUGR+PE군이었다. 모체와 제대 혈중 렙틴의 농도는 각 군간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며 모체 혈중 렙틴 농도는 모체 BMI 및 신생아 체중과 상호 연관이 없었으나 신생아 체중과 제대혈중 렙틴 농도와는 상호 관련성이 있었다.
