한국 여성의 정상 단태 임신에 있어서 임신중기 양수 내 alpha-fetoprotein의 정상범위

초록

=목적: 본원에서 정상적인 임신경과를 보이며 정상아를 분만한 임신 중기 여성의 양수 내 Alpha-fetoprotein의 정상치를 알아보고자 하였다.연구방법: 1995년 5월부터 2006년 9월까지 본원에서 양수검사를 시행 받은 임신 중기 임신부에서 양수 내 Alpha-fetoprotein (AFAFP)의 수치를 측정한 후 정상 임신 경과 및 신생아를 분만한 954명의 단태 임신에서 정상 범위를 산출했다. 결과: 임신 중기 임산부에서 양수 내 AFP의 정상 범위의 중앙값은 임신 16주, 17주, 18주, 19주, 20주, 21주, 22주, 23주, 24주 각각에서 15,800.0 ng/mL, 13,903.9 ng/mL, 11,408.7 ng/mL, 9,690.1 ng/mL, 6,923.4 ng/mL, 6,330.0 ng/mL, 5,295.3 ng/mL, 4,421.2 ng/mL, 3,162.5 ng/mL였다.
