임신 중 발병한 Sweet 증후군 1예

Sweet 증후군 혹은 급성 발열 호중구 피부증염은 주로 30-50세 사이 연령의 여성에서 얼굴, 목, 상지, 체간, 하지 등에 갑자기 홍반성의구진 또는 판으로 발생되며 자연적인 통증 또는 압통을 느끼게 되는 질환이다. 발진과 함께 발열이 있는 경우가 대부분이며 두통, 관절통,전신쇠약을 호소할 수 있다. 50%에서 자가면역질환, 유육종증, Behcet병, 농포건선, 임신 등과 관련성이 있다. 저자들은 임신 24주에 발병하여 전신적 스테로이드 투여에도 통증이 호전되지 않아 임신 34주에 유도분만을 통해 조산을 하게 된 임신 중 발병한 Sweet 증후군 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
Sweet’s syndrome is also called acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis and this disease is characterized by an abrupt onset of fever,leukocytosis and tender erythematous plaques that are infi ltrated by neutrophils. It most commonly occurs in women who are between 30 to 50 years of age. About 50% of the cases are associated with autoimmune disease, sarcoidosis, Behcet’s disease, and pregnancy. We report a case of Sweet’s syndrome associated with pregnancy with such a stormy clinical course requiring elective termination of gestation by induction of labor.
