항문막힘증 교정술 병력을 가진 산모의 질식분만 1예

항문막힘증(쇄항) 병력을 가진 여성은 질식분만의 금기증에 해당되지 않는 경우라면 질식분만을 진행하도록 권장된다. 그러나 이와 같은 결정 이전에는 반드시 회음부가 질식분만을 하기에 적합한지 산과의사에 의한 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 저자들은 다른 합병증이 동반되지 않았으며 질식분만의 금기증 없이 질식분만을 성공적으로 시행한 항문막힘증 교정술 병력을 가진 환자 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한문헌고찰과 함께 국내 최초로 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
As a general recommendation, women with a repair of an imperforate anus are candidates for vaginal deliveries if no contraindications exist. The adequacy (size and scarring) of the perineal body should be assessed by the obstetricians before making that decision. Together with a brief review of literature, we report a successful case of vaginal delivery in a woman with a repair of imperforate anus.
