A completely inverse AG**-groupoid (CI-AG**-groupoid) is defined as an inverse AG**-groupoid (I-AG**-groupoid) A that satisfies the identity ss-1 = s-1s, where s-1 is the unique element in A such that s =(ss-1)s and s-1= (s-1s)s-1. In this paper, we examine the structure of CI-AG**-groupoids through their minimal left ideals, minimal right ideals, and minimal quasi-ideals.
