In this paper we find transcendental entire solutions to certain types of homoge neous quadratic differential equations governed by q-shifts in C. In particular we solve some such equations in the two dimensional complex space. We give several examples that sub stantiate the form of the solutions. Our results are a significant improvement on Chen-Gao [2] and Liu-Cao [9].
