The aim of this paper is to define geometric Min-Max matrices and to examine their algebraic structures and some properties such as the determinants, inverses, characteristic polynomials, LU-decompositions, and norms. Similar properties are given for the Hadamard inverses of these matrices. In addition, numeric examples are presented to illustrate the results.
