Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Gagamhwanggeum-tang on emotional facial flush. Methods : This case study was done on 3 Facial Flush patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Gagamhwanggeum-tang was prescribed to all 3 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographsand questionnaire. Investigatorʼs Global Assessment(IGA) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VisualAnalogue Scale(VAS) was used to evaluate the subjective changeResults & Conclusion : The IGA and VAS were decreased in 3 patients in our study. Most symptoms of 3patients were improved. As a result of examining IGA, VAS scores and photographs, Gagamhwanggeum-tang canbe effective on emotional facial flush in 3 case in our study.
