Abstract
This paper investigates the cyber education using the Internet to teach cultural English at the university level. It also discusses the results of university students' answers to a questionnaire regarding cyber cultural English education on a large scale using the Internet. Traditional concepts of lineal education should be innovated to enable the students to be the subject of their own study and experience the English program at their own pace. Both the teachers and the students can choose their own efficient style for their classes in English education using the Internet. The students can be easily motivated to utilize and develop creative techniques in learning English through visual and auditory materials and the teachers can assign more time to interact with the students. Actual practice proving similar effects to study English in the real situation through visualized presentation can be done readily and repetitively beyond time and space. Thus, efficient programs, tailor-made to the students' needs, providing a new and discretionary role for the teachers, can galvanize the whole experience of English education.
