본 연구는 본 연구는 장애인 채용공고에 나타난 직업 간 유사도를 분석하여 장애인의 구직과 직업교육에 있어 실질적인 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 언어인 파이선(Python)을 이용하여 개발된 소프트웨어를 사용하여 2018년 3월부터 2019년 3월 까지 장애인 고용포털 워크투게더(Work Together)에 게재된 4078건의 채용공고를 자동으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 첫 번째로 청소원, 경비원, 조리사, 주방보조원, 요양보호사 직업 5개의 직무 관련 지식과 기능을 분석하였다. 수집된 채용공고 내의 직무 내용의 문장 내 단어들의 빈도를 N-그램 기법을 이용하여 직업별로 요구되는 직무관련 지식과 기능을 파악하였다. 둘째, 5개의 직업을 대상으로 Cosine Similarity(코사인유사도) 기법을 이용하여 직업 간의 유사도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 주방보조원과 조리사 간의 유사도가 가장 높고, 조리사와 경비원 간의 유사도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 주방보조원이 조리사 업무를 수행하는 것이 경비원 업무를 수행하는 것보다는 상대적으로 수월하다는 의미이다. 한국사회에서 일자리 환경은 평생직장이 사라지고 고용 기간도 짧아지고 있으며, 특히 장애인들은 여러 차례 직장을 옮겨야 하는 단기 계약직에 종사하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 장애인들이 주로 종사하는 5개의 직업들을 대상으로 실제로 요구되는 직무 사항들을 분석하고, 직업들 간에 상대적으로 이동이 수월한 직업들을 찾을 수 있는 새로운 접근을 시도하였다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide practical information on job search and vocational education for persons with disabilities by analyzing the similarities between occupations in job postings for the disabled. Using software developed using the computer programming language Python, we automatically collected and analyzed 4078 job postings published in the Work Together for a disabled job portal from March 2018 to March 2019. First, this study analyzed the knowledge and skills related to the five occupations of cleaning workers, security guards, cooks, kitchen assistants, and caregivers. Job-related knowledge and skills were analyzed using the N-gram technique for the frequency of words in sentences of job contents collected in job postings. Second, cosine similarity was used to measure the similarities among the five occupations. As a result, the similarity was the highest with 0.92118 between kitchen assistants and cooks, while it was the lowest with 0.25362 between cooks and security guards.In the Korean society, the lifelong jobs are disappearing and the employment is shortening. People with disabilities, in particular, are often engaged in short-term contracts that require moving to another job at another place. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the actual job requirements of five occupations in which people with disabilities are mainly employed, and attempts a new approach to find jobs that are relatively easy to move between occupations.
