본 연구는 장애인 취업성공패키지에 참여하는 장애인들의 기존 취업지원 사업과 구분되는 경험을 탐색하고 이를 기반으로 장애인에 대한 취업지원 정책의 시사점을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 장애인 취업성공패키지 사업 참여자에 대한 초점집단면담을 실시하였고, 분석 결과는 취업성공패키지 사업의 긍정적인 영향과 관련된 측면 즉, 참여동기와 긍정적 경험과 정책이 개선될 필요성이 있는 부정적인 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 취업성공패키지 참여자들의 참여 동기는 취업에 직접적으로 도움이 되는 구직관련 활동을 하기 위한 것이었다. 취업성공패키지에서 여러 긍정적 경험이 보고되었고 이는 사례관리 개념으로 설명 가능하다. 부정적인 경험의 대표적인 내용으로는 행정적 처리 과정과 훈련 및 면접 참여에서 불편함을 경험 등과 주로 관련이 있다. 이와 관련한 시사점은 구체적으로 논의 했다.
Abstract
This study aims to propose explore the outcomes and implications of policies through the voices of those who have experienced the Successful Employment Package Program for Persons with Disabilities. we conducted a focus group interview with eight people who participated in the employment success package program for persons with disabilities. As a result, the contents of the interview were classified into the employment success package program motivation to participate with disabilities, and the negative and positive experiences in the process of participating in the employment success package program. Employment success package program for persons with disabilities Participation in the program to engage in job-seeking-related activities that are directly useful for employment with motivation and positive experience, and the employment success package program for persons with disabilities has a system that enables case management.I was able to confirm the positive meaning of being able to practice case management for the cage profession in the field. On the other hand, unlike the purpose of the employment success package program for persons with disabilities, it was found that the purpose of the program may not be reached due to various negative experiences in the process.
