지체장애인의 가족건강성이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 -장애수용의 매개효과를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인을 대상으로 가족건강성이 지체장애인의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 가족건강성과 지체장애인 당사자의 자아존중감의 관계에 장애수용의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 조사 도구의 내적 합치도를 확인하기 위해 Cronbach’s ɑ, 평균, 표준편차, 왜도 및 첨도를 산출하였다. 변인 간의 상관관계를 분석하였고 전체 변인 간의 구조 및 경로 확인은 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling: SEM)을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지체장애인은 가족건강성은 자아존중감에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 장애수용을 투입한 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족건강성과 자아 존중감 간의 영향을 미치는 변인으로 작용하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 지체장애인이 긍정적인 자아존중감을 형성할 수 있도록 가족건강성 증진을 위한 지원체계가 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 장애수용에 필요한 당사자 중심의 지원 방안을 논의하고, 후속 연구에 대해 제언을 하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of family health on the self-esteem of the physically handicapped, and to increase the mediating effect of disability acceptance on the relationship between family health and self-esteem of the person with physical disabilities. The analysis of the data calculated the mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis using the SPSS 25.0 program and the AMOS 25.0 program. The correlation between variables and the structure and path confirmation between all variables were analyzed through a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). As a result of the analysis, it was found that the family health of the the person with physical disabilities had an effect on self-esteem. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of disability acceptance, it was found that it acted as a variable influencing family health and self-esteem. Based on the research results, a support system for promoting family health should be prepared so that people with physical disabilities can form positive self-esteem. In addition, person-centered support measures necessary for accepting disabilities were discussed, and recommendations for follow-up studies were made.
