작업치료분야에서 델파이 연구방법의 활용현황: 국내 학술지를 중심으로

작업치료 분야에서 델파이 연구방법을 활용한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 작업치료 분야에서 델파이 연구 기법이 사용된 연구 현황을 파악하고, 델파이 연구방법을 사용할 시 유의할 점을 논의하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 PRISMA guideline에 따라 RISS(Research information sharing service), KISS(Korean studies information service system), 국회도서관 및 학회 학술 논문 검색을 통해 2010년 1월부터 2024년 6월까지 작업치료 관련 델파이 연구 논문으로 게재된 45편을 분석하였다. 대상 논문의 연도별 현황, 적용대상, 연구목적 및 내용, 전문가 수와 구성에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 작업치료 분야에서 델파이 연구가 2019년부터 2021년에 급격히 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 주로 도구 및 평가항목 개발, 타당도 연구의 목적과 관련해서 델파이 연구가 이루어졌다. 델파이 연구 결과의 적용대상은 작업치료사가 가장 많았고, 다음으로 성인과 노인을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았다. 전문가 집단은 작업치료사와 교수에 집중되어 있었다. 이 분석 결과는 작업치료 분야에서 델파이 연구의 방향성을 제시하고, 델파이 연구 방법에 대한 목적을 이해하고, 전문가 집단 구성에 대한 참고사항을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Research using the Delphi research method is actively being conducted in the field of occupational therapy. Therefore, this study aimed to both identify the current status of the Delphi research method’s current use in the field of occupational therapy and discuss the points to note when using the method. For this purpose, we searched the National Assembly Library, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), KISS (Korean Studies Information Service System), and academic papers from academic societies according to PRISMA guidelines. We examined 45 Delphi research papers related to occupational therapy published from January 2010 to June 2024, analyzing the present status by year, the target of application, the purpose and content of the research, and panel composition of Delphi research experts. The results of the analysis are as follows. Delphi research in the field of occupational therapy increased rapidly from 2019 to 2021. Delphi research was mainly conducted in relation to the purpose of developing tools and evaluation items, as well as validity research. Most of the subjects of the Delphi research were occupational therapists-this was then followed by studies targeting both adults and the elderly. The expert panel group was concentrated on occupational therapists and professors. The results of this analysis are significant in suggesting the direction of Delphi research in the field of occupational therapy, understanding the purpose of the Delphi research method, and providing references for the construction of expert panels.
