Abstract
The Clinical Practice Guidelines of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) recommend genetic testing and counseling for hereditary cancers, and they also provide risk management recommendations. NCCN updates Clinical Practice Guidelines with new information at least once a year. The Clinical Practice Guidelines of NCCN are changing gradually, making it difficult to quickly see the revisions. Therefore, we have summarized the revisions of NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines 3.2024 compared with the 3.2023 version. This review covers screening, genetic testing, and recommendations for breast, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers.
