Abstract

With advancements in mobile and wearable technology, digital biomarkers are emerging as transformative tools in healthcare, enabling continuous, cost-effective monitoring. This study aims to define digital biomarkers, review current research, and explore future impacts. This study relied on a review of relevant literature on the development and research of digital biomarkers across several clinical fields, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and depression.
