본 연구에서는 우리나라 벤처기업의 네트워크 특성을 도출하고 네트워크 특성간의 성과차이와 네트워크 특성과 환경특성 등의 상호작용이 성과와 어떤 관계를 가지는지를 알아보고자 했다. 이러한 네트워크 차원들을 이용하여 성과와 회귀분석을 실시하여 인과관계를 설명하였다. 연구결과 도출된 부산지역 벤처기업들의 네트워크 특성은 네트워크의 강도가 성과를 설명하는 부분이 훨씬 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 네트워크 특성과 성과의 관계를 환경의 불확실성을 통하여 조절효과를 살펴보았는데, 환경과 네트워크의 상호작용효과는 네트워크 강도와 불확실성에서 정의 효과를 나타내고 있으며 네트워크 신뢰성과 적대성의 상호작용이 부의 효과를 나타내고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 정책적 시사점은 네트워크 특성과 성과의 관계를 통하여 서로 다른 환경적 특성이나 조직특성을 가지고 있는 벤처기업들이 성공적인 전략수행을 위해서는 어떠한 전략적 네트워크의 협력을 구사해야 성과를 높일 수 있을까 하는데 대한 시사점을 제공해 주었다.
Abstract
In spite of the variety of business environments around start-up firms, almost all existing studies on business strategy of new ventures. Therefore, the purpose of the dissertation is to provide venture business entrepreneurs with network characteristics more suitable for their environment to maximize business performance. The main purpose of the present research is to examine the relationships of the network characteristics and performance of Venture Business. There was much research for Venture Business in other lands, but there was a little in Korea. Through previous literature, we can't find differences between venture business network characteristics and common corporation strategies. So this research treats new network characteristics of venture. This research is explanatory and three research questions. The data of 112 venture business among them are collected by direct interview. In order to test the established 3 hypothesis, several multi-variate analyses are used. Factor analysis is used to reduce the network characteristics question to its underlying factors. Finally, Regression analysis and correlation analysis is used to determine whether performance differences network characteristics between the groups.
