Abstract
The present study examined the moderating effects of individual character on the negative relationship between work-family conflict and organizational outcomes. The questionnaire data comes from 298 employees in South Korea companies. Results using hierarchical multiple regression showed support for the moderating role played by self-esteem and extroversion. Theoretical contribution to the work-family conflict and organizational outcomes literatures are discussed, as are implications and limitations.
