초록

지식경영이 강조되는 환경 하에서 중소기업 지식경영의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 조직구성원들의 적극적인 지식관리시스템 이용이 무엇보다 중요하며 그 특성을 반영할 수 있는 모델 개발이 시급하다. 또한 지식의 체계적 습득과 관리 및 행동의 변화는 학습이나 교육을 통해서 더 큰 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 지식경영과 인적자원개발 및 관리 차원에서 지식관리시스템의 효율적 운영방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 지식관리시스템에 대한 산출 및 성과요인에 대한 제이론을 살펴보고 이들의 관계를 증명함으로써 수요자 중심의 지식관리시스템 구축 및 활용방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 지식 및 정보시스템 관련 선행연구들을 비교, 분석하여 지식관리시스템 주요 요인을 이론적으로 접근하였다. 또한 주요 요인을 6개 중소기업에서 수집된 99매의 설문지를 통해 측정, 분석함으로써 실증적인 연구를 행하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 지식 및 정보의 품질은 지식운영체계, 정보접근체계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보접근체계는 지식관리시스템 및 보상 만족에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구는 KMS에 대한 만족이 보상만족에 영향을 미침으로써 지식경영을 위한 지식관리시스템 운영은 하드웨어적인 시스템과 인적자원개발 및 관리체계가 총체적으로 운영되어야 함을 강조하였다.

Abstract

It is a very current issue to develop a model for improving competencies through KMS for the small and medium sized enterprises' human resources. The systematic management of knowledge and behavioral changes can lead to higher performances for organizations when combined with a systematic learning and training. The purpose of this study is to examine effective factors of small and medium sized enterprises' KMS for developing human resources. This study reviews major theories and previous studies involving successful factors of KMS and provides practical implications. By developing a model for finding effective factors of KMS for developing human resources, this study conducted an empirical test in which 99 survey questionnaires were collected. The results of this study show that the quality of knowledge and information have significant effects on the knowledge management system and informantion access system which affects significantly employees' compensation satisfaction. This study provides implications in that the KMS must be managed and integrated with the human resource development systems in small and medium sized enterprises.
