『여훈언해』의 번역비평적 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to clarify some trans-critical peculiarities on Yeohuneonhae. It is necessary to estimate Yeohuneonhae in itself as a version. This paper deals with the three types of orthography revealed on the root and derivational adverb ‘―hi’ of Sino-Korean and the sounds of Sino-Korean characters. The three types are orthography of Chinese characters, orthography of (hunmin)jeongeum and hybrid-orthography. Here the hybrid-orthography is made of two different origins, namely it is commixed Chinese characters and (hunmin) jeongeum. Sino-Korean orthography is chosen by translator's optional attitude in the eonhaemun (translated Korean sentence). In the eonhaemun the orthography of Chinese characters and hybrid-orthography are based on the source text or gugyeolmun(source text by putting the grammatical particles and endings). It is one of the leaving traces of the source text. The sounds of Sino-Korean characters are put into confusion, especially ㄹ and ㄴ, ㄴ and ㅇ. Sometimes there are omissions of sounds of Sino-Korean in gugyeolmun and eonhaemun.
