초록

This study aims to analyze and classify emotional expressions in mental counseling dialogues to build training data for the NLU model of mental care chatbots. Empirical emotional expressions were categorized into three groups: ‘object-oriented,’ ‘subject-oriented,’ and ‘both-oriented’ emotions. These groups were further divided into 25 emotions, comprising 3 positive, 2 neutral, and 20 negative. Based on this classification, intent types were automatically annotated in a mental counseling corpus using a local grammar graph schema. Consequently, training data for the NLU model of a mental care chatbot named LINA was generated. The chatbot's performance evaluation yielded an F1 score of 0.93, affirming the reliability of the linguistic resources developed in this study.

Abstract
