캠핑장 안전에 관한 제도적 문제점 파악 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

It is aimed at apprehending the real condition of the camp and finding a problem in the institutional aspect of the camp to seek the remedy in the current situation that it is urgent to arrange a measure to raise the safeness of operators as much as the size of the growing camping industry. The opinions of 128 camp operators were accepted to apprehend the real condition of camps and seek the remedy. 10% of the registered 1,289 camps were selected in comparison to the regional distribution. The field survey accompanied with the interview targeting the selected camp operators was conducted and 9 problems and remedies were drawn based on this. First, the problems and remedies following the limit of electricity use were suggested. Second, the problems and remedies following the installation and operation of the fire extinguisher were suggested. Third, problems and remedies following the anti-flaming treatment of the leased tent were suggested. Fourth, problems and remedies following the installation of smoking area were suggested. Fifth, problems and remedies following the installation of the earth leakage breaker and the wire were suggested. Sixth, problems and remedies following the regulation of carrying the LPG tank were suggested. Seventh, problems and remedies following the installation of the formal evacuation supplies were suggested. Eighth, problems and remedies following the enough separation distance between tents were suggested. Ninth, problems and remedies following the expansion of the target of safety education and the execution of frequent education were suggested. It is aimed at raising the safety awareness by letting operators reinforce the safety autonomously through these remedies and at contributing to the spread of the safe camp culture.
