In this study, we estimated profit and loss and job creation for this project on the premise that the current legal regulations are mitigated (or, at the government level, a drastic change in the regulatory pool may be made to the Zone method) in the same modified mountain village development project, which is located in good scenic areas as Switzerland. Until the financial project feasibility analysis was conducted, an entity presented estimated gains and losses that would be based on the financial statements and calculate the revenues and expenses of the project without analysing them as indicated in this research topic. Here is a relatively high-level estimate of job creation, assuming each case. Without analyzing the feasibility of a financial project, it is possible to predict a good financial feasibility, because profits that are well more than double the initial investment in the form of sales revenue in the next year immediately after the launch of the project. That is why it suggests that the financial feasibility of the project, whether it is private or government, is very good. The following is the calculation of job creation related to reservoirs and forests. For the development of a reservoir, it is expected to generate 5,100 jobs in Scenario 1, 25,500 in Scenario 2, and 51,000 jobs in Scenario 3. In the transformed mountain village, you can estimate 16,560 jobs. In this project, it is expected that up to 67,560 jobs will be created when both sides of the mountain and water are combined. At the time of this research, we presented a table and explanation of the estimated profit and loss that the problem of job creation is at a point where it is of real importance and that the general difficulty of securing funding for this project will be expected, but that the issue can be easily overcome by the advantages of sales revenues.
