From trust in food origin is one of the most basic information consumers to learn about the food. Information on the origin, because the consumer can not see directly into the eyes provide the producer information using state-of-the-art systems, such as QR codes to provide a variety of information about the origin indication or origin, or how to sell your own products in the origin use. Analysis spss 21.0 was used. Analysis, physical risk was found to have a negative effect on the re-purchase intention. Psychological risk for local food was found to have a negative effect on the re-purchase intention. Temporal risk for local food was found to have a negative effect on the re-purchase intention. Social and economic risk for local food was found which does not affect the re-purchase intention.
