First, the problems presented through preceding research on fishing villages were analyzed, and in-depth interviews were conducted with residents and visitors of fishing villages to derive practical problems and revitalization plans. Through previous research, problems with the operating subject, problems with government support, problems with experience programs, and problems with tourism infrastructure were derived. Through interviews with local residents, problems such as support from the government or local government, securing labor force, marketing support, and educational support were derived. Through interviews with visitors, it was found that most of them were satisfied with the experience and the surrounding scenery. However, problems such as the lack of restaurants or accommodations, the same experience programs for each village, accessibility, lack of information, and guidance and services were identified. Accordingly, revitalization plans were presented, including the composition of diverse experiences and tourism products, expansion of the organizational structure through the recruitment of experts, development of unique tourism products, establishment of platforms for each experience village, and strengthening of guidance and service education.
