The Idiom that can be said to be a fossil of ancient Chinese, reflects the wisdom of Chinese people and it is the fixed phrase with the characteristics of stable patterns, frequent uses, historic traits. This paper mostly examines the grammatical vocabulary with four syllables in Chinese Idioms. The grammatical vocabulary in Chinese Idioms are ‘zhi(之)’, ‘er(而)’, ‘yi(以)’, ‘ran(然)’, ‘suo(所)’, ‘yu(于/於)’, The aim is to summarize the grammatical vocabulary and its outside form by analyzing the rules of the in Chinese Idioms. There are four chapters in this essay. ChapterⅠ, General Introduction. This chapter introduce the object, the scope, the methods. ChapterⅡ is about “the Component of Chinese Idioms that contains grammatical vocabulary”. It mainly discusses a Component of Chinese Idioms that contains grammatical vocabulary, ‘zhi(之)’, ‘er(而)’, ‘yi(以)’, ‘ran(然)’, ‘suo(所)’, ‘yu(于/於)’. ChapterⅢ is about “the Outside form on the Component of Chinese Idioms that contains grammatical vocabulary”. It mainly discusses a Outside form of Chinese Idioms that contains grammatical vocabulary, ‘zhi(之)’, ‘er(而)’, ‘yi(以)’, ‘ran(然)’, ‘suo(所)’, ‘yu(于/於)’. Finally, a paper reference appendix is attached.
