This research is designed to form the policies and secure fund for the future Busan International Dance Festival management based on a public support system, with an aim of suggesting its improvement measures from both central and local government. Festivals that accompany incubating human resources are to vitalize local culture and arts. Also a unique program needs to be developed in consideration of characteristics of the festival venue. The requisites for success of BIDF depends on the differentiated contents and consistency. This includes cooperation of system and reasonable operation should be supported.
