The two purposes of this study are to re-establish the analysis of Bon-salpuri's chumsawuiand chumgil-structure into the concepts of time & space, and to explain the essentialnature on the inner side of it. The researcher has adopted not only the direct-participant observationbut also indirect-participant observation, and has employed 'maru' and 'obang'concept as an analyzing units. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Bon-salpuri takes naturalness, Taeguk idea, returning& circulation and elegance in the air as the essential nature. The elegant manner ofthe dance has been more emphasized than technical dance skills.
