Abstract
This paper aims to discuss mexican women's human rights as an old but new instrument to demands women's rights and gender equity. Those rights which constitute Human Rights are always existed with human life. But the human rights approach offers a new, effective and strong instruments to protest against violence of women's rights though connecting women's demands to basic human's moral aspects. In that aspects human rights approach is different from development approach which gave emphasis on improving women's economic participation for women rights development. Mexico has ratified on international conventions regarding women's human rights development. And realization of those conventions is crucial for mexican women's human rights. Mexican government has established INMUJERES and reinforced its function to investigate and make policy proposal to improve mexican women's situation. It seems that there exist many tasks and obstacles to overcome. In 31 mexican states and 1 federal district, legal status of women is different. And there exist many disparities and inequalities according gender, urbanization, states and so on. Socio-economic equities and Human rights of women can be acquired more easily through government's strong effort to reform legislation and system which can lead socio-cultural system.
