대학 무용전공자를 위한 커뮤니티 댄스 교과목 개발 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop a Community Dance Course for university dance majors. Community dance has emerged as a hot topic in South Korea since 2010, and it is still being studied by previous papers, and researches regarding its value in treatment, social, educational and artistic values have been conducted. Nonetheless, reviewing the previous studies, researches and discussion on community dance practitioners were insufficient. This researcher found that systematic learning is necessary to cultivate community dance practitioners, and through this study, would like to discuss the need for research on community dance practitioners. This study conducted a literature review by analyzing the cases of cultivating community dance practitioners in domestic and abroad. As a result, first, the ability to devise choreography creation methods and develop programs, Second, the ability to combine community dance theory and practice, Third, practical communication ability, Fourth, problem-solving ability, Fifth, leadership, Sixth, self-directed attitude and challenging spirit, Seventh, ability to discover a general story, Eighth, the ability to proceed based on performance expertise when performing. This researcher determined and presented eight competencies of community dance practitioners and developed community dance subjects to strengthen the eight competencies. This study is meaningful in that it recognizes the need for a training process for community dance practitioners and recognizes professional expertise. Through this study, the competencies of community dance practitioners are explored in more detail than previous studies, and an independent subject of community dance for dance majors is proposed.

Abstract
