중국 전문대학(3년제) 무용학과 졸업예정자들의 취업현황과 대책 및 분석:계림사범고등전문학교를 중심으로

Abstract

Using various scientific research methods such as data analysis and inter- views, this research takes the dance department of Guilin Normal College as an example to investigate the employment status of its dance graduates.It analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by dance graduates in their em- ployment and further explores the underlying reasons. Finally, targeted sol- utions and recommendations are proposed. Graduates should further en- hance their comprehensive qualities, broaden their employment perspectives, adopt a scientific approach to career selection, and engage in effective career planning. In terms of family support, there should be a shift in traditional educational ideologies to create a conducive environment for employment de- cision-making, while also establishing a beneficial social network for graduates. Schools should establish an employment guidance service system and provide targeted employment skills training for dance majors. On a soci- etal level, efforts should be made to expand employment opportunities for dance graduates. Through these methods, the employment challenges and is- sues faced by graduates of Guilin Normal College can be addressed, provid- ing valuable references and insights for improving the employment capa- bilities of dance graduates from other junior colleges.
