Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of sensory experiences on be- havioral intentions among musical audiences, focusing on the mediating role of recollection. The analysis also investigated the controlling effects of overall satisfaction, fandom involvement, and cultural capital in these relationships. Data were collected from 478 musical attendees across six regions, including Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, and analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2. The results revealed that sen- sory experiences had a positive influence on both recollection and behav- ioral intentions, and recollection significantly mediated the relationship between sensory experiences and behavioral intentions. In particular, sensory experiences stimulated audiences' memories and emotional re- sponses, evoking vivid recollections of the performance, which may lead to concrete behaviors such as re-attendance and word-of-mouth recommendations. These findings offer practical implications for develop- ing effective strategies to sustain audience engagement and loyalty in the musical industry.
