본 연구는 1인가구를 대상으로 그들의 여가활동에 대한 경험과 인식수준이 행복에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이러한 여가활동과 행복의 관계를 파악하여 궁극적으로 여가관련 산업 개발(Solo-Leisure Economy)을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 본 연구는 1인가구의 원인과 생활내용이 다른 청년 1인가구(20~30대), 중년 1인가구(40~50대), 노년 1인가구(60대 이상)의 차이를 통해 행복한 삶에 미치는 여가적 경험과 인식의 차이를 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구는 ‘2020 국민여가활동조사’ 원자료를 활용하였으며, 이 중 1인 가구 1,437명을 연구의 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 1인가구의 여가활동 특성은 세대별로 차이가 나타나며, 1인가구의 여가활동이 행복에 미치는 영향력도 세대별로 차이가 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 본 연구는 1인가구의 유망산업으로 여가관련 산업이 제안되며, 특히 1인가구를 위한 여가교육산업, 여가관련 시설 산업의 중요성이 강조된다. 특히 세대별로 유형별 적합한 여가프로그램이나 시장개발을 통해 1인가구의 행복한 삶에 기여할 수 있음이 제안된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the level of the experience and awareness of leisure activities on happiness for single households, and to provide a direction for the development of new leisure-related industries(Solo-Leisure Economy) by figuring out the relationship between these leisure activities and happiness. In particular, this study examines the differences between young single households(20-30s), middle-aged single households(40-50s), and elderly single households(60s or older), who have different causes and lifestyles. This study used the raw data of the ‘2020 Korean National Leisure Activities Survey’, and among them, 1,437 single households were analyzed as the subject of the study. As a result of the analysis, the characteristics of leisure activities of single households differed by generation, and the influence of their leisure activities on happiness also differed by generation. This study suggests the leisure-related industry as a promising industry for single households. In particular, the importance of the leisure education industry for single households and the leisure-related facility industry is emphasized. In particular, it is suggested that it can contribute to the happy life of single households through appropriate leisure programs or market development for each type of generation.
