초록

본 연구는 여가관광객들의 해외여행 의사결정과정에 대해 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2021년 5월 10일부터 4일간 온라인으로 여가관광객들을 대상으로 랜덤샘플링(random sampling)통한 249명의 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석 그리고 구조방정식 모형으로 경로분석을 자료에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가관광객들의 태도는 해외여행 행동의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가관광객들의 주관적 규범은 해외여행 행동의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가관광객들의 지각된 행동 통제감은 해외여행 행동의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 태도와 주관적 규범이 해외여행의도에 긍정적 영향을 받는 결과를 바탕으로 관광업계에서는 여가관광객들에게 필요한 전반적인 개인의 정서적 상태를 향상 시키는 방법을 모색 해야 한다

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the overseas travel decision-making process of leisure tourists. The subject of this study was to collect a sample of 249 people through random sampling from online leisure tourists for 4 days from May 10, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSSWIN and AMOS programs to analyze the data through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model. The verified results are as follows. First, the attitude of leisure tourists was found to have a positive effect on their overseas travel behavioral intentions. Second, the subjective norms of leisure tourists were found to have a positive effect on overseas travel behavioral intentions. Third, it was found that leisure tourists' perceived behavioral control did not affect their overseas travel behavioral intentions. In conclusion, based on the result that attitudes and subjective norms are positively affected by overseas travel intentions, the tourism industry should seek ways to improve the overall emotional state of the individual required for leisure tourists.
