Creep damage and creep crack growth (CCG) induced by thermal cycling represent primary failure modes for high-temperature equipment in a thorium molten salt reactor (TMSR). Inelastic analyses employing numerical simulations based on continuous damage mechanics have emerged as pivotal for evaluating structural integrity at elevated temperatures in TMSR. However, the development of strain-based creep damage constitutive models suitable for UNS N10003 alloy remains incomplete. Based on the multiaxial creep ductility (MCD) models, the finite element analyses of creep damage and CCG were carried out under both uniaxial and multiaxial stress states according to uniaxial creep test and CCG test data of UNS N10003 alloy. Comparative analyses highlighted the sensitivity of uniaxial creep fracture strain and stress triaxiality as critical factors influencing failure life predictions using the MCD models. The proposed Manjoine model fundamentally infers uniaxial creep fracture strain from stress levels, offering a novel approach to the CCG behavior of high-temperature defective equipment in TMSR. The CCG analysis method based on creep damage model holds significant theoretical importance for structural integrity assessment of high-temperature equipment in the nuclear power reactors
