본 연구는 중등 예비교사들이 교육실습에서 겪게 되는 갈등요인에 관심을 가지고 시작되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 중등 예비교사들이 교원양성과정 중 교육실습을 통해 교육의 현장에 투입되었을 때, 교사로서 겪어야 하는 문제나 갈등요인을 분석하여 보다 바람직하고 내실있는 교사교육이 이루어지도록 하는데 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 규명된 교육실습 중 중등 예비교사들이 경험하는 갈등 요인은 ‘지도교사와의 관계’, ‘교수-학습과정’, ‘ 예비교사의 개인적 문제’, ‘학생들과의 관계’, ‘행정적 문제’ 관련 요인으로 총 5개의 구인이다. 지도교사와의 관계가 7문항, 교수-학습과정이 10문항, 예비교사의 개인적 문제 9문항, 학생들과의 관계 5문항, 행정적 문제가 8문항으로 구성되었다. 이들 구인들의 내적일치성 신뢰도는 각각 .831, .863, .886, .856, .864 등으로 예비교사의 갈등을 측정하는 도구로 신뢰할만하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the kinds of problems or conflicts student teachers experience during student teaching in an effort to provide more authentic and substantial professional development. During the period of student teaching, student teachers experienced five types of factors for conflicts: conflicts from their relationship with guidance teacher, student teaching-learning process, personal matters, relationship with students, and administrative loads. The questionnaire is composed of 7 questions for relationships with guidance teacher, 10 questions about student teaching-learning process, 9 questions about personal matters, 5 questions about relationship with students, and 8 questions for administrative loads. Reliability of internal consistency of these factors were 0.831, 0.863, 0.886, 0.856, 0.864, respectively, which was found reliable in measuring conflict-measurement instrument for student teachers.
