만 2세 영아의 또래간 갈등에서 교사의 개입 전략과 교사의 개입 전략에 따른 영아의 상호작용 전략 분석

본 연구의 목적은 만 2세 영아의 또래간 갈등에서 교사의 개입 전략과, 교사의 개입 전략에 따른 영아의 상호작용 전략을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만 2세 영아의 또래간 갈등에서 교사는 갈등과 관련된 영아 모두에게 수정의 제안·설득하기 전략을 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 갈등의 대상인 영아보다 갈등을 유발한 영아에게 지도의 명령·지시하기, 반대의 금지하기를 많이 사용하였고, 긍정적인 접촉 보다는 부정적인 접촉의 개입 전략을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 만 2세 영아의 또래간 갈등에서 교사의 개입 전략에 따른 영아의 상호작용 전략은 갈등을 유발한 영아는 교사가 개입 전략을 수정의 제안·설득하기를 사용할 때 적극적으로 수용하기 전략을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 교사가 반대의 금지하기, 부정적 접촉인 처벌하기로 개입할 때 갈등을 유발한 영아들은 언어적으로 거부하기, 울기·애원하기, 힘행사하기와 같은 적극적인 거부 전략이 나타났다. 또한 갈등의 대상인 영아들도 교사가 개입 전략을 수정의 제안·설득하기를 사용할 때 수용하기 전략이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 긍정적인 접촉인 정서적으로 지원하기 전략은 갈등 대상인 영아가 안정감을 갖는데 효과적이었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy of teacher intervention on peer conflicts of 2 year old infants and the strategy of infant interaction according to strategy of teacher intervention. The results of study are as following. First, in peer conflicts of 2 year old infants, Teachers had the most frequently used strategies "suggesting·persuading" in a category "Modification" to both bullies and victims, and they the more often had used strategies "commanding·instructing" in a category "Directing" and "prohibiting" in a category "Objection" to the bullies than victims. Also, they had the more frequently used the intervention strategies in a category "Negative Contact" rather than the strategies of "Positive Contract". Second, for the strategy of infant interaction according to strategy of teacher intervention in peer conflicts of 2 year old infants, the bullies had actively used a strategy 'accepting' when a teacher had used a strategy 'suggesting·persuading' in a category "Modification". However, the bullies had showed aggressive reject strategies such as 'verbal rejection', 'crying·appealing' and 'aggressive acting' when a teacher had intervened in a conflict with 'prohibiting' in a category "Objection" and 'punishing' in a category "Negative Contact". Also, victims the most frequently had showed a strategy 'accepting' when a teacher had used a strategy 'suggesting·persuading' in a category "Modification", and 'emotional support' in a category "Positive Contact" was significantly effective to give victims stability.
