본 연구는 섬유산업의 구조적인 특징으로 인해 발생하는 비효율적인 문제점을 최소화하여 섬유산업의 전체 공급사슬 효율성을 높이고, 고객만족을 향상시키기 위한 RFID 활용방안 및 핵심성공요인을 도출하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내∙외 섬유산업의 RFID 적용사례를 분석하고, RFID 및 연계정보시스템의 핵심성공요인을 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 분류하였다. 또한 이를 토대로 실제 섬유산업 RFID 프로젝트에 참여한 기업의 전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 실시한 결과 가장 큰 효과를 기대할 수 있는 재고관리, 물류관리, 반품관리 및 고객서비스 부문을 중심으로 섬유산업 스트림별 활용방안을 제시하였다. 또한 네 가지 관점별로 RFID 핵심성공요인을 도출하고, 해당 관점별로 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 핵심성공요인을 제시함으로써 RFID를 도입하려는 기업에게는 의사결정의 기초자료를 제공하고, 이미 도입한 기업에게는 지속적인 RFID 시스템 관리를 위한 지침서를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study identifies application plan and critical success factors of RFID to improve the effectiveness of supply chain performances in the textile industry by minimizing ineffective problems caused by structural characteristics of the textile industry, and to accomplish better customer satisfaction. To obtain the aim of this study, we analyze domestic and overseas RFID application cases and divide the critical success factors of information system through existing literary studies. In addition, based on the result of interview and survey study of the professional participants in the RFID projects of the actual textile industry, application plan of each stream in the textile industry is proposed focusing on the inventory control, logistics, reverse logistics, and customer service which are expected to be the most effective areas. This study can expect to provide the companies which have plan to adopt RFID system with basic data of decision-making and give the companies with RFID guidelines for RFID management by drawing RFID critical success factors from four perspectives, and also presenting critical success factors that should be firstly considered by each perspective.
