화물차량을 이용한 운송시장에서의 온라인 중개서비스는 화주, 차주, 운송업자 등 다양한 물류시장의 주체가 온라인에서 모여 정보를 공유하는 시스템이다. 이를 통하여 화물 운송의 가시성을 제고하고, 운송거래의 투명성을 담보하며, 공차율을 감소함으로서 운송시스템의 효율을 제고하며, 중개비용을 감소하는 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 특히, 화주로부터 차주에 이르는 거래단계를 단축하여 다단계에 따른 폐단을 근절할 수 있는 방안으로서 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 온라인 중개서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 중개서비스의 개념을 정립하고, 설문조사 및 실태조사를 통하여 우리나라 육상 화물운송시장의 현황을 고찰하며 현재 서비스되고 있는 물류 관련 온라인 서비스에 대한 물류시장의 주체인 화주, 차주, 운송업체의 입장 및 문제점을 파악하였다. 또한 온라인 서비스가 활성화되어 있는 선진외국의 사례를 연구하여 우리나라에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 온라인 중개서비스를 활성화시키기 위한 기본 조건인 화주의 참여유도 및 물량확보 방안과 차량정보의 공유 확대방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
On-line marketplaces for truck freight exchange services are one kinds of systems that some informations are communicated with several goods holders, owners of vehicles and forwarding agents. For that, it appears freight transport's clearness, transportation trade-off limpidness, a rate of empty vehicle' decrease. Especially, from some goods holders to owners of vehicles it directly exchanges as the abuse's extermination of lots of stages in freight exchange service. The objective of this paper is to propose the strategies to stimulate on-line marketplaces for truck freight exchange services.
