물류시설 규모산정 현실성 제고를 위한 국가교통조사 방안: 보관 및 집배송시설을 대상으로

Abstract

The transportation facility investment evaluation guidelines, which are applied to determine the size of logistics facilities, have been revised seven times, but improvements in the logistics facility sector have not been made for a long time. To determine the size of logistics facilities, logistics demand estimation methods and various indicators are applied, but these have not been updated despite changes in logistics conditions. Fortunately, timely data reflecting logistics conditions is being collected in the national transportation survey, so it is possible to increase the reality of determining the size of logistics facilities. In this study, we attempted to improve the reality of the methodology and various indicators applied in determining the size of logistics facilities by analyzing data collected through the national transportation survey. By analyzing existing survey data, improvements in existing logistics surveys were derived, and ideas for improving logistics surveys were presented to increase the reality of logistics facility demand estimation. This study is expected to contribute to creating a data foundation that can continuously update logistics facility size estimation methodology and application indicators.
