Abstract
A Major aim of this study is to test the hypothesis that there is an association between perceived justice, positive emotional responses in the process of service recovery. In addition to exploring these relationships, this study examines the effect of positive emotional responses on the satisfaction of service recovery, and identify the moderating effects of involvement level in the relationships between perceived justice and positive emotional responses. For this purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of perceived justice, positive emotional responses and satisfaction of service recovery. A total of 306 usable survey responses has been used in the empirical research for the Beauty Shop. The findings indicate that (1) Perceived justice has a positive effect on positive emotional responses, (2) Positive emotional responses has a positive effect on satisfaction of service recovery, and (3) Only involvement level has a part moderating effects between the perceived justices and positive emotional responses. The findings have implications for managers wishing to acquire the service recovery strategy improving the satisfaction of customers and retain them for long time.
