IT(Information Technology)기술의 발달은 세계 각국의 물류활동 여건을 급격히 변화시키고 있으며, 이 중 RFID 시스템은 다양한 산업분야에서 확대 실시되고 있고, 물류부문에 있어 기존 물류방식의 변화를 가능케 하는 중요한 정보기술이다. 본 연구에서는 일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 도입으로 인하여 발생하는 다양한 효과들이 RFID 도입의사 결정 시 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 한다. 따라서 물류업체(제조업, 유통·물류업)를 대상으로 일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID 도입의사 및 효과와 관련된 설문조사 분석과 RFID 도입의사 결정요인에 대한 가설 설정 및 검정을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 일관수송시스템상의 RFID 도입은 입고 및 하역, 보관, 출고과정의 전체 유통과정을 통합하고 조정함으로써 물류관리의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
Abstract
The development of IT technologies is rapidly changing the conditions of physical distribution activities in various countries in the world and of the IT technologies, RFID systems are implemented in diverse industrial areas in expanded scales and these are an important information technology that enables changes in existing methods of physical distribution in the area of physical distribution. In this study, the factors that make the diverse effects created by the introduction of RFID into pallets for intermodal transportation affect decision making on the introduction of RFID. Therefore, questionnaire surveys related to intentions to introduce RFID into pallets for intermodal transportation and the effect of the introduction were conducted on physical distribution companies (manufacturing business, distribution businessㆍlogistics business) and the results were analyzed. In addition, hypotheses were set up in relation to the determinants of intentions to introduce RFID and the hypotheses were tested.The analysis result is that introduction of RFID makes improvement in efficiency of logistic management.
