하위시장별 창조도시 지표 적용 및 잠재적 창조성 분석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 경기도 하위시장들을 대상으로 기존 연구에서의 창조도시 지표들이 어떻게 적용될 수 있고 어떠한 의미를 가질 수 있는가를 살펴보았다. 추가적으로 경기도 하위시장들을 창조도시 특성에 따라 그룹화 함으로써 각 도시들이 어떠한 창조적 특성들을 가지고 있는가를 알아보고, 각 창조도시 특성에 기준하여 어떠한 전략을 통해 도시가 보다 발전적인 방향으로 나아갈 수 있는지를 제시했다. 결과적으로, 경쟁적인 시장에서 각 도시들이 생존하고 잠재력을 극대화하기 위해서는 해당 지역들이 가지고 있는 강점에 기반한 창조성을 최대한 활용해야한다는 결론을 도출했다.
Abstract
In this study, the creative indexes of previous studies are applied in sub-market areas of Gyeonggi-do to confirm whether these have common meanings in different spatial areas. In addition, sub-market areas of Gyeonggi-do are grouped according to the characteristics of creativity to suggest strategies for creative city development, using a factor analysis. Although most results are not so different compared to the previous studies, a clue that the ratio of foreigners which represents tolerance, might not induce creative class in a different city or region is disclosed. It is suggested that each city must utilize it's own creativity in order to maximize its potential and to survive in the competitive market.
