도시 내 탄소배출량을 최소화하기 위해 탄소저감도시모델에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있지만 이를 구현하기 위한 대규모 재원조달방안이 마련되어 있지 않고 경제적인 지속가능성을 확보하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 탄소저감도시의 탄소저감목표 달성을 경제적으로 가능하게 하고 탄소저감을 통한 경제ㆍ사회적 가치를 극대화하기 위한 탄소저감도시 비즈니스모델 프레임웍을 제시하였다. 탄소저감도시비즈니스모델 프레임워크는 탄소저감도시 비즈니스모델 개발 시 추구해야 할 3가지 원칙과 6가지 고려사항, 탄소저감도시 비즈니스모델 개발프로세스 등으로 구성된다. 탄소저감도시 비즈니스모델 개발프로세스는 비즈니스모델 도출ㆍ분석, 비즈니스모델 타당성 평가, 비즈니스모델의 사업화 방안 수립 등 3단계로 진행된다. 비즈니스모델 도출을 위해 탄소저감 설계요소들을 크게 6개 비즈니스모델 유형으로 분류하였고, 이 6개 비즈니스모델 유형별로 대상고객 및 적용섹터, 수익모델을 그룹핑하여 총 20개의 탄소저감도시 비즈니스모델을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Interest in a low carbon city model for reducing carbon emission in a city area is increasing. But the mechanism of raising large fund for implementing the model is not ready yet and the difficulty of getting economic sustainability of a low carbon city exists. This study aims to propose a business model framework of low carbon city which enables to achieve the goal of a city's carbon emission economically and maximize the economic and social value of the city. This business model framework consists of 3 principles, 6 consideration factors and a process of developing business model of low carbon city. The business model development process is composed of 3 phases such as business model identification and analysis, feasibility study and implementation planning. In order to identify business model, we classify city design factors for lowering carbon emission into 6 categories. Total 20 business model of low carbon city is identified by grouping customer and application area of the business model and revenue model in each category.
