한국의 1인 가구는 지속적으로 증가하여 2024년 기준, 35.5%에 달한다. 연령대별 1인 가구는 60세 이상 고령층이35.3%이고, 40-50대 중년층도 28.2%를 차지한다. 이 연구는 노후 준비로써 중년 1인 가구의 생애 돌봄 경험을 탐색하였다. 연구 문제는 노후 준비를 위한 중년 1인 가구의 생애 돌봄 경험은 어떠한가? 이다. 이를 위해서 연구참여자 3인과심층 면담하고 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 수집된 자료는 돌봄 경험, 생애 재해석, 노후 준비가 도출되었다. 돌봄 경험은 돌봄 받은 경험과 타인돌봄 경험이, 생애 재해석은 생애 발견과 돌봄의 의미가 도출되었다. 마지막으로 노후 준비는 노후 돌봄의 필요성인식과 노후 돌봄 준비가 도출되었다. 연구참여자는 돌봄 경험을 탐색하며 노후 돌봄의 필요성을 인식하고, 노후준비로써 관계의 중요성을 제기하였다. 이 연구는 중년 1인 가구가 생애 돌봄 경험을 탐색하며, 노후 준비로써 사회적관계의 중요성을 발견한 것에서 의의를 찾는다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 중년 1인 가구의 노후 준비를 위한 제언을적었다
Abstract
The number of single-person households in Korea continues to increase, reaching 35.5% by 2024. By age group, 35.3% of single-person households are aged 60 and older, while 28.2% are in their 40s and 50s. This study explored the lifelong care experiences of middle-aged single-person households as preparing old age. The research question is: What are the lifelong care experiences of middle-aged single-person households as preparing old age? To do this, in-depth interviews were conducted with three research participants and the collected data was analyzed. As a result of the research, care experience, lifelong reinterpretation, and preparing old age were derived from the collected data. the experience of receiving care and the experience of caring for others were derived from care experience, and discovering lifelong and the meaning of care were derived from life reinterpretation. Lastly, recognition of the need for old age care and preparing old asg were derived from preparinf old age.. The research participants recognized the need for old age care while exploring the care experiences, and raised the importance of relationships as preparing old age. This study finds significance in exploring the lifelong care experience of middle-aged single-person households and discovering the importance of social relationships as preparing old age. Based on the research results, suggestions for preparing old age of middle-aged single-person households were written.
