Abstract
The water quality, essential resources in human living, improving task is the best important and present issue in the Environment relating laws enacting. The Han-river Act (“the Act”) was enacted in 1999 in the preceding intent. After that the Kum-river Act, Nakdong-river Act and Yeongsan-river Act was consecutively enacted in the same purpose. At that time, when the Han-river Act was enacting, Waterfront System, System of Aggregated Quantity Control, Effluent Charge System, Subsidization work implementation System and Han-river hydrosphere management Fund System was ruled to improve the Han-river water quality. Five years has passed since the Act was enacted. So, needs to review the contents of the Act and to improve the Act problems were take place. In the intent of the Act intro- duction, this paper aim to find the improvement points of the Act for the reasonable act.
