생성 인공지능은 사람들의 일상생활뿐 아니라 학교의 교육과 학습, 학자들의 연구에도 실질적 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 생성 인공지능은 도덕적 판단과 결정의 영역에서도 사용자의 옳고 그름의 판단과 행동 대안 결정에 영향을 미친다. 그러나 생성 인공지능이 자신의 도덕적 판단에 미치는 영향에 대한 사용자의 인식 부족, 생성 인공지능이 제공하는 도덕적 판단의 일관성, 사실 판단에 사용된 정보의 신뢰성, 도덕적 가치 판단의 이유와 정당화에 관한 설명의 불충실성, 인간의 실제 도덕적 판단에 개입하는 도덕적 가치와 정서, 발달 과정에서 축적한 과거 경험, 건설적 내면 성찰이라는 인간 특성에 대한 고려 부족 등의 문제점이 있다. 도덕 학습에서 활용할 수 있는 기술에 대한 인식과 적용이 종래와 단절적이라면 도덕 학습을 촉진하는 윤리교육의 방향과 방안 역시 달라져야 한다. 현상적 접근보다는 지금 그리고 여기의 윤리교육이 왜 필요한지, 무엇을 가르치고 배워야 하는지, 생성 인공지능에 따른 진리의 변화에 따라 어떻게 학습의 소통과 공유가 이루어져야 하는지에 대해 인식론과 존재론에 기반을 둔 변화가 이루어져야 한다. 생성 인공지능과 인간의 상보성, 정서와 인지를 통합하는 연결을 촉진하는 학습 설계 방안을 고민해야 한다.
Abstract
Generative artificial intelligence is having a practical impact not only on people's daily lives, but also on school education and learning, as well as on the research of scholars. In particular, generative artificial intelligence is influencing users' judgment of right and wrong and decision of action alternatives in the realm of moral judgment and decision. However, users' lack of awareness of the impact of generative artificial intelligence on their moral judgment, users' consistency in moral judgment about acceptance, reliability of information used to judge facts, fidelity in explanations about the reasons and justification of moral value judgment, moral values and emotions that intervene in human's actual moral judgment, past experiences accumulated in the process of development, and lack of consideration for human characteristics such as constructive inner reflection. If the perception and application of technologies that can be used in moral learning are disconnected from the past, the direction and method of ethical education that promotes moral learning must also change. Rather than a phenomenal approach, changes based on epistemology and ontology are needed as to why ethical education is necessary now and here, what to teach and learn, and how learning should be communicated and shared in accordance with changes in truth due to generative artificial intelligence. It is necessary to consider a learning design plan that promotes the connection between generative artificial intelligence and human complementarity, emotion, and cognition.
